1. Permitted use
You may call the API from your backend and display derived prices in your products. You may not resell raw API responses as a standalone feed without a written agreement. End-user displays must attribute TankTrasa and follow upstream source licence rules.
2. Billing
Access requires an active subscription. Usage counts against a monthly credit pool weighted by access level (Live, Intelligence, Transparency). We may suspend access if payment fails or if included credits and any overage budget are exhausted.
3. Data
Prices combine user reports, automated collection, and third-party sources. We provide confidence scores on fused data where available. Data is supplied as-is; we do not guarantee that every station has a current price at every moment.
4. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages from use of the service. Total liability is limited to fees paid for TankTrasa Data in the twelve months before the claim. Custom SLAs and enterprise contracts: sales@tankomat.app.
